About the Role
Join our multidisciplinary therapy clinic, located in the beautiful tropical city of Cairns, Queensland. We are a tight-knit team of Occupational therapists, speech pathologists and physiotherapists and we are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our team!
In this role, you will manage a mixed caseload with a strong focus on paediatric clients (80% children, 20% adults). This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skills, provide leadership to junior clinicians, and make a significant impact in a growing clinic. You will deliver therapy in a variety of settings, including in-clinic, community-based, and some travel therapy which you will receive a travel allowance for.

Requirements
Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Speech Pathology
Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (or ability to obtain this)
At least 4 years experience as a Speech Pathologist (or ability to demonstrate amazing leadership qualities and great knowledge of the profession)
A driver’s license & access to a car
A current Working with Children - Blue Card (or ability to obtain this)
A current NDIS Workers Screening - Yellow Card (or ability to obtain this)
A passion for making a difference
Great communication skills
Great organisation & time management skills
The ability to lead and provide education to junior clinicians and students.
